In short, we can provide turnkey solutions for system design to printed circuit boards (pcb), electronic circuitry, custom prototype printed circuit boards, low and high volume manufacturing and assembly of custom and industry specific printed circuit boards (pcbs). This includes both analog circuit design and digital circuit design, embedded circuit design and audio circuit design. Our design and development work encompasses single and multi level (multilayer) boards, using both through hole and the more innovative lead-free design elements. As a green company, we offer both leaded and unleaded or lead-free Rohs solder connections.
We offer “dimension sst” prototype modeling – which gives us three dimensional 3D prototype builds - models, that can be up 10 inch by 8 inch by 12 inch tall. Our software licenses include Altium Designer, and Solidworks Premium with wire routing.
Our Versa laser can cut, engrave, and etch up to 10” long, 8” wide, and 12” high. As one of the very few and select manufacturers and assemblers in the area, to have a SCIENSCOPE – ViewX, X-Ray machine, we have the ability to x-ray solder joints and surfaces as we QC your products for quality of work and verification of manufacturing and assembly process.
