OEM was started in 2002, by its owner Brian Morgan in response to customers seeking a more responsive US based manufacturer, independent of the Pacific Rim monopoly, their poor quality work, theft of product design, delivery restraints, communication barriers and other issues that are inherent in long distance sourcing.
Over the intervening years, the company has grown by providing its customers with sound engineering design, coupled with cost effective manufacturing principles and rapid turnaround on new, prototype and short / small quantity custom printed circuit boards.
The company has regularly expanded its services to include prototyping, (using the latest SLS modeling – Rapid Prototype machines) product design with Universal 60 Watt Laser for Box Modification, problem resolution, independent QC verification, X-Ray techniques, box build, component installation and a host of related services as it seeks to provide complete turn-key electronic contract manufacturing to its clients.
Specializing in rapid turnaround, most jobs can be delivered within 10 days given availability of core components, finalized drawings / procedures, prototype, and signoff of “first article approval”.
